At Recycle Global Exchange (RGX), we are committed to continuously evolving to meet the needs of our clients and service providers. Our latest platform enhancements are designed to simplify IT asset disposition (ITAD), improve pricing transparency, streamline job management, and enhance the bidding process. 

These updates make the platform more intuitive and empower both servce providers (those providing ITAD services) and clients (those seeking ITAD services) to operate with greater confidence.

We’ve enhanced the bidding process to provide greater transparency and flexibility for both clients and service providers:

For Clients

• Simplified Job Listings: Easily list job requirements and specify the services needed.
• Transparent Pricing: Receive detailed, itemized pricing from service providers for full cost visibility before awarding a bid.
• Service-Specific Bidding: Select individual services—like data wiping or hard drive destruction—and allow service providers to bid on each service separately.

For Service Providers

• Itemized Service Charges: Logistic and add-on service charges are now broken down into clear, itemized pricing.
• Precise Bidding: Submit itemized pricing for pickup fees and each requested service, instead of a single lump-sum bid. This clarity helps with volume-based adjustments.
• New Sort & Settle Option: Indicate if you offer a sort and settle service as part of your bid.

Service providers can now bid with confidence, reducing the need for overestimations and promoting competitive pricing.

When service providers close the job, the closeout process prompts the provider to input the quantity of services for the unit pricing the client was awarded.

For example, if a service provider quotes $0.50 per device for data destruction, the final job summary will include a breakdown of the total number of devices processed, with clear pricing.
