August 2024 Release

RGX has introduced an enhanced service provider profile experience with these key updates:

  1. New “Services and Prices” Section: Service providers can now detail pricing for recycling, logistics, and other services.
  2. Incomplete Account Banner: The link in this warning banner guides you to a checklist to provide the missing information.
  3. Separate Certification Identification: R2 or e-Stewards certificates must be uploaded separately from other documents.
  4. Personal Profile Moved Up: Your personal profile information is now displayed in the right-hand corner on every page.

New "Services and Prices" Section

Service providers’ company profiles now have a new “Services and Prices” tab. This section enables you to identify the services your company provides and to detail the costs associated with these services. There are three components of the services and prices tab:

  1. Recycling Charges: Identify if you charge a general recycling fee and/or a specific fee for non-compliant materials, such as CRT monitors.
  2. Recycling Services: Outline the services your company provides, whether onsite or offsite, and the cost for those services. This includes serialized reports and data destruction among others.
  3. Logistics: Identify if your company can pickup equipment, provide roll-offs, and/or allow client drop-offs. 

When you identify that you provide a specific service or have a recycling charge, you will be prompted to provide the unit price as well as the unit of measurement (e.g. per device or per hour).

Coming Soon: Services and Prices Will Streamline Your Bidding

This fall the information you provide in this tab will automatically populate your bidding forms. While your base prices will auto-fill in bids, you retain the flexibility to adjust them for specific jobs. This enables you to offer tailored quotes that meet the unique needs of each client, enhancing your appeal.

With the new bidding process starting this fall, completing this tab now will ensure you’re ready to participate effectively, giving you a competitive advantage offering clients a tailored quote that meets the unique needs of each load of equipment.

Incomplete Account Banner

If your profile is incomplete, a warning banner will notify you to  “Complete your profile.” Clicking the link will take you to a short checklist guiding you to provide the missing critical information.

Important Notice for R2 or e-Stewards Certified Service Providers

If your account is flagged as incomplete, despite having previously been able to bid, this may be due to a recent enhancement made to the system. 

Under the new system, if your service provider profile indicates that you are R2 or e-Stewards certified, you’ll need to upload a copy of your certification document separately from other miscellaneous documents. This can be done easily when you click “Complete your profile” on the warning banner.

Your Personal User Profile Has Moved Up!

Your personal profile information is now conveniently displayed in the right-hand corner on every page of the platform. 

Simply click on the “service provider” or “client” icon to add a profile picture or edit your personal contact information.
