How The RGX Pilot Program Works
Step 1: Onboarding
The enterprise client works with an RGX Onboarding Specialist to set goals, timelines, and pilot job details, while receiving platform training and job recommendations.Step 2: Post Job
The client selects e-waste materials for disposal and uses the RGX platform to create job listings with details like quantity, condition, and pickup location.Step 3: Bidding Process
Service providers bid on posted jobs through RGX, and the customer selects the best provider based on price, certifications, and proximity.Step 4: Service Provider Selection & Logistics
Once a service provider is chosen, the RGX platform streamlines logistics by scheduling pickups or drop-offs and managing specific handling requirements.Step 5: Review Results
After job completion, the client meets with RGX to evaluate cost savings, efficiency, and potential for full-scale implementation.Repeat & Optimize
To fully evaluate the RGX platform, we recommend submitting and completing at least three jobs, allowing for adjustments and a comprehensive assessment of performance, service provider reliability, and process efficiency.
