Recycle Global Exchange “RGX,” connects your retired hardware to its next use. We handle the full transition into the circular economy, so your team does not have to. Through a coast to coast network of certified local vendors, we manage pickup, secure data handling, and responsible downstream processing.
For ScalePad clients, that means a simple pickup process, R2v3 and ISO compliant services, and complete documentation for every asset, all while keeping e-waste out of landfills.
If you only have a few devices, RGX might not be the right fit, so check out these options.
Why RGX is Different
We do not specialize in single returns, we manage bulk shipments only. This method reduces overhead costs, but also creates the opportunity for a return. RGX charges a minimum $250 transaction fee on each job, plus any associated disposal costs. Once costs are covered, RGX operates on a profit share model to pay you for your working equipment.

RGX specializes in bulk pickups. If you have just one or a few devices, here are better options:

- Dell Trade In: Any brand accepted for store credit or free recycling
- Best Buy Trade In: Drop off at any store, any brand, any condition
- Human-I-T: Certified ITAD + donation to communities lacking digital access (human-i-t.org)
- Goodwill / Dell Reconnect: Drop off any brand at participating Goodwill locations for free recycling
